Adding Payment Method


To add a payment method,

  1. Navigate to Lists → Payment Methods.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Enter the Payment Method Description.
  4. If you wish to exclude this payment method from being included in 1099 calculations, check the box labeled Exclude from 1099.
  5. Click Post and Close.

Payment Methods may also be created on the fly by clicking the green plus icon in the payment method drop down field.

Inactivating a Payment Method



  1. Navigate to Lists → Payment Methods
  2. Double click the payment method to be de-activated.
  3. Check the checkbox labeled Inactive.
  4. Click Save and Close.
