How do I 'RESET' Altro Smart Lock Model X?
Do not RESET the device unless advised by the tech support team to do so. This function is in place to do a hard reset of Altro Smart Lock Model X and requires a set of steps to be followed which will be shared by the tech support team.
If you wish to set up your device as new, you can put the device in SETUP mode and complete the setup as per the instructions provided in the mobile app.
