TextRecruit is a mobile-friendly platform that lets caregivers apply for positions through text message and live chat. Job seekers simply text the words “amadajobs” to 97211 to start the application process.
TextRecruit is free for franchise partners to use so there is no reason not to take advantage of the AFI-supported program. It will supercharge your caregiver recruitment efforts.
You should have received an invitational email from support@textrecruit.com to log into and get started with the tool. Check your spam/junk drawer. If you don’t see it, then email Account Manager Westin Bryant at westin.bryant@icims.com. Once your information is received, your candidates will then be able to text into your TextRecruit inbox via your key term “AmadaJobs” to 97211. These inbound text sequences will appear automatically within your “My inbox” within the platform. You can also use the tool to upload list of applicants and reach out to them at scale via a campaign or one a 1-to-1 basis as needed when email or phone take too long to set up next steps with them.

Attached is the training slide deck with step-by-step instructions for adding candidates or creating your own campaign outreach. In addition, AFI has created a TextRecruit marketing kit that can be purchased via Divvy.
