Q. How do I combine a subwoofer with a stereo amplifier?

Answer:

The problem you can have combining an active subwoofer with a stereo amplifier is that the amplifier may not have either a dedicated subwoofer output or pre-amplifier outputs to which you can connect to in order to get a signal (which varies with the volume level of the amplifier). If your amplifier has either of these, then any of our subwoofers would be appropriate. If it doesn’t, then you'll need a speaker level input on the subwoofer commonly referred to as 'High Level', which only appears on our 2070Si.
