Please see below the steps required to connect an Amazon Echo Dot to a Q Media product using Bluetooth:- Go to the Alexa App
- Select the menu at the top left of the home page on the Alexa app
- Go to Settings
- Go to Device Settings
- Select your Amazon Echo device from the list (which should show as online)
- Select “Bluetooth Devices” under the “Wireless” Section
- Manually switch the Q Acoustics device into Bluetooth mode (using the source button) so that the LED flashes blue.
- Select "Pair a New Device" within the Alexa app
- Select your Q Media product from the list of available devices
- After a delay, you should see that the blue LED will change from flashing to solid. You will also see that the Q Media device will be listed in your Alexa app as a paired Bluetooth device, and Alexa’s voice should come through your device's speakers to confirm that the connection has been made. If the connection is active, the Bluetooth logo in the app will go blue. Now you can say “Alexa, connect to speaker” or “Alexa, disconnect speaker”.
