Q. How long is my Q Acoustics warranty?

Answer:

The warranty is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the original purchaser, proof of purchase will be required with any claim.

Passive Loudspeakers: 5 years from the date of purchase, or 4 years if product is not registered with us.
Active Loudspeakers & Subwoofers: 2 years from the date of purchase, or 1 year if product is not registered with us.
