Q Media - Q. There's no sound through my soundbar using Netflix on a Panasonic TV?

Answer:

There was a known issue where Netflix does not output PCM on some TV's, Panasonic being one of them.

You may find that accessing your TV's settings menu whilst you have something playing in Netflix, to change from Auto/Dolby/multi-channel to two channel stereo/PCM may help with certain TV models. You may also find that this needs to be changed from PCM to Auto then back to PCM.
