Question: What are the pricing packages for texts?

Answer:

SMS credit prices
  • 500 Credits @ 14.3c each = $71.50 inc GST

  • 1000 Credits @ 13.2c each = $132.00 inc GST

  • 2000 Credits @ 12.1c each = $242.00 inc GST

  • 3000 Credits @ 11.0c each = $330.00 inc GST

  • 5000 Credits @ 9.9c each= $495.00 inc GST

Question: How do I enable the SMS module

Answer: Go to the "marketing" menu,  select Send SMS > Click on "Activate SMS module" button


Question: Do I have to change my current CRM subscription to be eligible to use text / SMS?

Answer: No, the module is included in all CRM Subscriptions ( website only excepted), you only pay for the cost of the SMS credits


Question: Does the text show in their phone from my number or a random mobile number?

Answer: The sender ID is controlled by you this can be a number or text. You can have multiple Sender ID's. The sender ID can be up to 11 characters (no spaces). If the ID is not a mobile number, then the recipient cannot reply to the SMS. Replies can only be sent to a Sender ID that is a mobile number. 


Question: 
Where do I add the Sender ID I want to use to send my sms texts out from?

Answer:  You can simply add it in the Agencies and offices page "SMS" 


Question: Can I use more than 1 Sender ID?

Answer: Yes, you can have as many sender ID's you like e.g.  if you wish for each consultant to have their own sender ID they can or just simply one for the company


Question:  If I send a group message or SMS campaign, is it sent to each recipient individually?  

Answer:  Texts are sent as an individual item so recipients can't see who else has received the message


Question: Can I see how many texts messages each staff member uses?

Answer:  Yes, but only if you have the "Reporting" module enabled on your account. Please email support@arosoftware.com.au if you need to enable the reports module
