[2.0] Exporting Responses

Responses can be exported out of bucket.io for analysis outside of the system. 

This article details the procedure for exporting all responses in a funnel to a CSV file, which can be opened in a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. It assumes that funnels have been published and shared with your audience, and that some of them have sent in their responses. 

Step # 1 

Click either Funnels on the Top menu or Go to Funnels on the Get Started section of the Dashboard.


Step # 2 

On the Funnels page, search for the funnel with responses you want to export, then click the Analuytics button next to the Green edit button, then click on Responses


Step # 3 

On the Responses page, click the Export All Responses button on the top right.


Step # 4

Enter your email address on the Confirm Action window, then click Send.


Step # 5

Bucket.io then sends an email with a link to the CSV file to your email address. Look for the email in your inbox.

Step # 6
Windows Device:
Right-Click the Download link and the select Save As. If you do not see the Save as button click on the Download Hyper link and continue with Step #7
Mac Device:
Right-Click the Download link and the select Save Link As. If you do not see the Save Link As button click on the Download Hyper link and continue with Step #7



Step # 7
Once you click on the Download link it will open a new page with all the information as shown below



Windows Device:
1. Right click on the data and select Save as, then select the folder and Save.
Mac Device:
1. Right click on the data and select Save As, then select the folder and Save.


2. Click on the File option on top of the page and select Save Page As, then select the folder and Save.
