[2.0] Locating Funnels

[2.0] Locating Funnels

It can be tedious to keep track of your funnels if you’re creating a significant collection of them. In this case, you can use any of the following methods below to find a funnel. *A tip to help with this is to ensure you’re changing the name of your funnel each time you build a new one.

STEP # 1

Go to the Funnels page by clicking either Funnels on the Top menu or Go to Funnels on the Get Started section of the Dashboard.

STEP # 2

  • On the Your Funnels page, enter either the full name or part of it on the Search bar, then press Enter on your keyboard or click the Search button to the right.
  • The list of funnels below the search bar are then narrowed down using your search criteria.

STEP # 3

  • By default, Your Funnels page lists all of your funnels, regardless of status.
  • You can change this view by clicking ActiveInactive, or Draft under the View By Status section of the page.
  • To view two statuses together, for example, Active and Inactive, click one status first, then the other. This selects both statuses and displays all Active and Inactive funnels on the list.
  • After clicking a status, click it again to deselect it.
  • You can also view by tags if you are using this option to label your funnels. For more on how to tag your funnel, please refer to the article Tagging Funnels.

STEP # 4

Click Sort By on the upper-right to display the sort options for your list of funnels. By default, your funnels are sorted in descending order according to when they were last updated. You can change this to ascending order. You can also alphabetically sort the list from A-Z or Z-A.
