If you don't have integration running at your shop, and you'd like to remove tickets from your dashboard you must first sign in as a service advisor and look at the store list. From there, click on the paper icon beneath the RO#. Click the image below to have a better look.


If you do have integration running at your shop, it should remove tickets for you if they've been invoiced, deferred, or deleted.
