TapTop Warranty

Limited Warranty

(a) Blok Party warrants that any official Blok Party products (hardware, accessories) shall not malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions for a time period of (12) months after the date of delivery; (b) This warranty is only valid through official sales by Blok Party and other licensed merchants for all Blok Party products; (c) If the product is determined to be defective while under warranty, Blok Party agrees to either repair or replace any covered unit.

This Warranty Is Voided If:

(A) THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD BY ANY UNLICENSED 3RD PARTY VENDOR;

(B) THIS PRODUCT IS MODIFIED OR TAMPERED WITH (INCLUDING HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE);

(C) MISUSED, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE, OR WEAR AND TEAR;

(D) MISSING OR ALTERED SERIAL NUMBER;

If you believe your device is to be defective please submit a support ticket including your order number as the subject line, the device serial number (found at the bottom of your device), a brief description, along with photos of your product to receive further instructions and information about how to obtain repair/replacement services
