Troubleshooting Software:

Problem:  Software unable to load after installation

  1.  Check to see if software meets Minimum Computer Specifications.  To see existing computer specifications
    •  In Search Bar Type "Settings"
    •  Select System
    •  Select About
    • Minimum Software Requirements:
      • Processor - dual core @ 2.4 Ghz (i5 or i7 Intel processor or equivalent AMD)

        Ram - 4GB

        Hard Drive - 10 GB free space

        Internet Speed:  10MB Download/5MB Upload Minimum

        Windows 10 Professional 64 bit

  2.  Follow installation instructions:
  3.  If converting from Meibox 1.0 Software to 2.0 Software, ensure that you have fully uninstalled software prior to installing the 2.0 software
  4.  If installed, but unable to log check email associated with username to verify account.  See step 3 existing users page.
  5.  If you do not receive confirmation link, check spam email to ensure that email is not blocked.  After locating email, click on verification.
