1. Username is incorrectly entered or does not match account2. If you are installing Meibox 2.0 software and have previously had a Meibox 1.0 software, you will need to request a new password. This password will require a reset that will be available in the email account associated with the original Meibox software. It is important to ensure that you record all the prior username information and that the email is one you have access to as a password reset will be sent to that account.
