You can send liquid SMOKE from your wallet. 

Go to your wallet and click Transfer below your SMOKE balance. In the popup field enter the account name of the Smoke member you wish to transfer funds to. Enter the amount you wish to transfer and click Submit. If you wish to you can add a message with your SMOKE transfer by entering the message in the Memo field.

In the next screen you will have to enter your active key to transfer the funds.

Transferring the funds on mobile follows the same process. To access your wallet, tap your account image and select Wallet from the popup.
