New User Registration Process (A&E User)


Step 1:

Launch the TriVice App on iOS/ Android devices. 

Login screen displayed for existing and new users.

For new user registration, click on ‘Register’ button




Step 2:

Enter your valid NHS Email Id and then click on ‘Register’ button




Step 3:

Pop-up screen will be displayed to confirm that instructions for registration have been sent by Email. This email will contain an ‘Authorisation Code’, which should be used to complete the registration process. Please remember to check the spam folder if there is no email in the Inbox.







Step 4:

Email received with Authorisation Code:



Step 5:

Enter the Authorisation Code along with Password. Please follow the guidelines provided in the screen for required password format.




Step 6:

Enter the required information to update your profile and click on Continue button:






Step 7:

Read and Accept the Terms & Conditions:






Step 8:

Read and Accept the App Usage Policy:





Step 9:

Check the details in the Welcome screen and then click on ‘Start’ button




Step 11:

A&E user Dashboard displayed. Users can now create the new TriVice cases by clicking on ‘Plastic Surgery’. 




Step 12:

Welcome Email should be received to confirm the registration. Please remember to check the spam folder if there is no email in the Inbox.



Step 13:

Click on the ‘Site Map’ (Three dots on the top right corner to access the menu’ for ‘Change Password’ or ‘Logout’ options:




Step 14:

Click on Cancel button to return back to Dashboard:
