CB-Medical Emergency Exception: MED TEAM ONLY

CB-Medical Emergency Exception: MED TEAM ONLY

The CB-Medical Emergency exception in SB is Only to be created by the Medical Emergency Team.
This exception should be created when a Supervisor or Team Lead escalation call back is needed for the customer.  

  1. Click the Exceptions Tab on the correct job in SB.
  2. Select the Exception Type CB-Medical Emergency.
  3. Select the Exception Status Open.
  4. Leave the Assignee field blank.
  5. Enter a brief description of the reason for the call back in the Comment field.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Include in your job notes the CB-Medical Emergency exception was created and the reason it was needed.
