Overview:

  1. Cinch will be offering a $50 Green Reward as part of warranty purchases within DTC. This $50 Green reward is redeemable for hundreds of products that are intended to help improve energy efficiency including connected home products, programmable thermostats, energy conversation and LED light bulbs.

How it Works:

  1. Customer purchases a Cinch warranty on our consumer website.
    1. https://www.cinchhomeservices.com   
  2. Customer must be active, and payment collected to qualify.
  3. Within the Welcome Kit, Customer will be notified that they will receive an electronic communication from our partner, EE Incentives, once they are active and have made their first payment.
    1. Customer clicks on link within email
    2. Customer enters their redemption code
    3. Customer’s account is funded with $50 that can be used towards their 1st purchase
    4. Shipping is FREE
    5. Customer can create an account or check out as a guest
    6. Customers without an email address will be mailed a redemption letter with instructions on how to redeem their reward
