Goodman Home Solutions is now being assigned to service Cinch warranty customers for appliances in specific zip codes.

Goodman will service specific appliance brands:

  2. Samsung
  3. Frigidaire
  4. GE
  5. Whirlpool
  6. Electrolux


When Goodman Home Solutions is assigned, they will contact the customer within one business day to schedule the appointment.
If any changes to a service appointment are needed, please call: 844-401-0800

Use the following scripting to advise the customer:

"Your repair request has been assigned to our provider Goodman Home Solutions.

They will contact you within one business day to confirm your appointment date & time, and to collect any additional information that will be helpful in the diagnosis of your product.

If 24 hours have passed and you have not heard from your provider, please call

844-401-0800."
