IVR Service Request

Customer are able to place Service Requests using the Interactive Voice Response system (IVR).
  1. When all required information and entitlement passes:
    1. The Service Order and Service Job will show in ServiceBench to include the appointment selected by the customer.
    2. All other service processes would be completed in ServiceBench applying the required procedures.
  2. When all the required information and entitlement does not pass:
    1. The customer will be redirected to call Customer Service.
