Assigning Tasks Manually | One & Multiple

You can manually assign one or more tasks to an individual Agent within a team at any time. If there are multiple jobs waiting for assignment within a queue (task list), the Supervisor can run the Agent Assignment Scheduler within the Setup module. 
Follow the two-step process, assign to Team, then Agent; do not assign to Agent
only using the default tab on the Task Owner dropdown. Use the Team dropdown, then 
choose the Agent assigned to the team to maintain team visibility in the queue.
  1. On the Zoho Toolbar, click Activities module. 
  2. On the left panel, choose your team's Activities List View
    The tasks within that specific list view display in the center of the page.
  3. Locate the tasks to assign. Select one or more tasks:
    1. Click Task icon  at the left of the Task Title. 
      The bulk update options appear at the top of the page.
  4. Click Change Owner
    1. The Task Owner box defaults to Agents tab.
    2. Do NOT assign using the Agents tab! 
    3. Assign to the team, and then choose an agent. 
  5. Click the Teams tab.
    The teams within the department display on a list.  
  6. Hover over the team's name and click the Profile / Agent Icon. 
    1. Choose an agent on the team.
      Click the agent's name to assign the task. 
    2. An assignment confirmation message displays the top of the screen.
