Clear Cache & Multiple Sessions

Google Chrome + Zoho Desk 

Google Chrome is the recommended browser for all Zoho Desk sessions. Chrome is installed on most Cinch laptops and virtual workspaces. At times, you will need to clear the browsing history from the browser, also called Clearing the CacheClear the cache before testing, training and periodically production work sessions, especially if you are experiencing issues with the page loading slowly or data entry errors. 

Clear the Cache

  1. In Google Chrome, click the three ellipses (…) at the top right of the browser,
    then click Settings.
  2. In Settings, click the Privacy and security tab.
  3. Click Clear browsing data.
  4. At the bottom right, click Clear data.

Too Many Sessions During Sign In

As you Sign In to Zoho, you may receive a Zoho Warning that there are multiple Zoho sessions
opened for your account, simply bypass the message.
  1. On the Zoho alert, click Skip
    The Skip link becomes an Acceptance button.
  2. Click the button.
  3. Choose your workspace environment, if a default workspace is not 
    not selected in your Zoho Profile.
