Connecting to Avaya

Connect Avaya CTI Extension

  1. Log in to the Zoho Desk Production environment.
  2. Click the Avaya icon (  ) on the bottom right corner of the Homepage.


  3. Click Authorize on the pop-up.


  4. Click the Authorize button on the notification banner or from the bottom of the page.


  5. Click the Accept button on the new pop-up and then close the pop-up.

  6. To connect your extension, click the Avaya icon (  ) again.
  7. Enter your Station ID (via Avaya Agent for Desktop) in the My Extension field in Zoho Desk on the Avaya pop-up.
  8. Click the Update button.
