Do Dispatch Agents initiate service for a customer on the phone?
Answer: No, the Dispatch Agent should transfer the homeowner to Customer Service.

If the Dispatch Agent has to cancel a service request, how is the deductible processed in ServiceBench or Zoho? 
Answer: The Dispatch Agent must process refunds in ServiceBench. If the customer requests a refund and no SP has gone out to the home, the Dispatch agent cancels the job and clicks the deductible refund button for Refund to be done through the Support Services dept.
