Welcome to Zoho Desk

Zoho Desk is our Customer Case Management system that allows associates to deliver best-in-class service to our customers. Our customers can access some Zoho Desk information using My Account. Service Pros can access the Zoho Desk information using the ServicePro mobile application. Cinch Agents and Associates will use the Zoho Desk website (desk.zoho.com) for full access to service delivery information.  Also, Zoho Desk offers Managers a large reporting toolkit to enable quick access to customer records to review, audit, and improve performance metrics.

Zoho Desk Homepage

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. In the address bar, type desk.zoho.com and click Sign In


Sign In & Sign Out

First-time Zoho Desk users will need to accept their account verification email in their Microsoft Outlook inbox. After verifying the account, users can access Zoho Desk in the future through the Homepage using their login information.

First-time Sign In

    A system admin will send you the Zoho Desk account verification email.
  1. Open the Zoho Desk account verification email in your Microsoft Outlook inbox.
    Perform the steps as outlined in the email to validate your account.
  2. After verifying your account, go to desk.zoho.com and in the upper right,
    click Sign In.
  3. Enter your Cinch email and password.
  4. Click the Next button.
  5. Choose a portal (or workspace). 

Daily Sign In

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. In the address bar, type desk.zoho.com.
  3. At the top right, click Sign In. Enter your personal Sign In information.
    1. If you have access to multiple portals, such as Training, Production or Test,
      select your desired portal.
    2. Most Cinch agents & associates will select Cinch-Production for daily work tasks.

Daily Sign Out

  1. At the top right, click the Zoho Profile 
    The Account Pane opens on the right side of your screen.
  2. At the bottom right, click the Sign Out.
