Keepe is a third-party dispatching service that Cinch uses to find Service Professionals nationwide when other in-network providers are unavailable. Keepe dispatches Service Professionals of all trades. Customer Service Agents can assign Keepe if they show up in the customer's scheduling assistant. 
Keepe should only be dispatched as a last resort as they are currently one of our most expensive options.

Contacting Keepe

Keepe does not call into Authorizations to submit Service Reports. The Keepe assigned Service Professional will upload the report and invoice into their portal, which will then upload to ServiceBench.
