Plumbing & Electrical Grouping

Multiple items from either the plumbing trade or the electrical trade can be placed on the same trade service request within specific trade guidelines. For example, two outlets can be placed under the same request for one deductible.
General Electrical and General Plumbing Item Codes are NOT to be used for any reason when initiating a Service Request.

  1. Multiple of the same item type can be placed on a single request.

  2. Indicate additional items of the same type in the special instructions. Include the location of each.
    1. Sample Note:
      This request includes multiple items: (1) water line, kitchen, leaking; (2) water line, bathroom, leaking.

  3. Items of a different type and of the same trade must be placed on a separate service request.

  9. Door Bell

Due to limitations with contracts, these items CANNOT be grouped.

A single service request must be created for each item needing service.
