Navigate to the Customer Page
Use the Customer module to locate and review Customer information.
- Click the Search icon ( ) on the top pane.
- Enter the Customer's name.
- Select the Customer from the Customer module search results.
All Customer information on the Contact Details pane is updated and maintained in TIMX SCM.
- On the Customer's page, review the information on the left panel.
- If necessary, review and verify the information with the Customer.
Case Overview Tab
Every support activity completed for a Customer will appear on the Overview tab.
- Click the Overview tab.
- Review the service history for the Customer.
- If necessary, click one of the cases to review its content.
Contracts Tab
Use the Contracts tab to verify a Customer's contract information and click the Initiate Service button to create a Service Request for a Customer. To view inactive or expired contracts, click the Display Inactive Contracts toggle.
- Navigate to a Customer's page.
- Click the Menu icon ( ) to view additional tabs.
- Click Contracts.
- If necessary, you can review the Customer's relationship history with Cinch such as the customer membership age and liability amount.
For internal use only - Do not communicate this info to the customer.
- Review the Customer's contract information for research and verification purposes.
Overview
Cases are recorded on a Customer's page in the Zoho Desk Case Management System (Zoho Desk). When you navigate to a Customer's page you can view their information, support history, view their contracts or initiate service.
