How do I assign an assessment?

Before your students can take an assessment, it must be assigned to them.

Note:  Assessment options can vary based on your school/district's plan. Classworks Assessments (Universal Screener & Summative Benchmark) are assigned district-wide or school-wide. These do not need to be assigned by teachers.

Assign an Assessment

1. Navigate to the Classes tab. Check the box to the left of the class(s) you wish to assign the assessment to and click "Assign."

2. Select Assessment

3. Select the tab (My Created Assessment or Shared Assessment) that includes the assessment you are assigning, check the box to the left of the assessment name, and click Next.

Note: By clicking Details, you can see the details of the assessment.

4. Adjust Start/End Date if desired and click Next.

Personalized/Individualized Learning: Determine if you want students to receive an Individualized Learning Path (ILP) when they complete the assessment, using their assessment results.

5. Choose Who To Assign To and click Assign!
