Can I use an Android device
The answer is you certainly can, it needs to have low energy bluetooth 4.0 so needs to be relatively up to date.
You can use an Amazon fire tablet, but email us for the APK file to load the app
You can also use apple iOS devices, also with bluetooth 4.0
