Charging the probe

Charging the probe

To charge the probe, use the cable supplied via a computer USB port, or a standard phone charger.

Charging is controlled to preserve the longevity of the battery so takes a few hours to ideally over night.

You can see the charge level of the battery when connected to the app on the calibrate tab

There is no LED charge indicator on the actual probe itself

You can use the probe while connected to a power bank, like used for mobile phones.

Using the probe while connected to a PC can cause instability of the readings
