This guide will help you deal with some of the common errors when using CloudPCR.
Typically when someone can't log in, it is because they are at the wrong nemsis version of CloudPCR. Try again at cloudpcrv3.azurewebsites.net.
If someone cleared the history and cache on the computer it would cause this error. You can contact us to unlock for you.
The PCR needs to be checked in from the original device that the PCR was started on. An admin can also discard a check out in the QA/QI screen by clicking on actions and choosing discard check out.
Download Google Chrome to the device and try in there. We are an html5 application, we do not support full functionality in all browsers.
Click on the error and it will take you to the field.
