How to Add an Impression
An impression indicates the reasons for patient treatment.

Step-by-Step
1. First, you either need to select the Create a New PCR button on the home page, or edit an existing PCR.
2. From a PCR side menu, click Assessment.
You can now start filling out the fields that are relevant to the patient.
