How to Add Important Notes
Notes that are written on the PCR are for internal use only, they will not be printed if you try to print a hard copy of the PCR.
Do you wish to leave any important note on a patient's PCR? Your note could be non-medical but it can help the PCR users in their decision making.
Step-by-Step
1. On the PCR's side menu, select Notes. Click Add Note from the Notes section.
2. A pop up window where you can type in your notes will appear. You can also add a tag to notify a particular department. Don't forget to hit the Save button when you are done.
