How to Add Vehicle Collision Details

If a patient is a victim of a vehicle collision, you can add the details of the incident through the Vehicle Collision form. Here is how to do it.

Step-by-Step

1. First you either have to select the Create A New PCR button on the home screen or be editing an existing PCR. From the PCR menu, navigate through Assessment.

At the bottom of the form, you can see the portion Vehicle Collision. The fields are hidden by default but you can show them by moving the slider to the left. It will then display as Yes.

2. Fill out the fields using the 12 point vehicle collision format.
