How to Discard Checkout

One of the common errors that users experience when using this platform is "Failed to checkout PCR, it is already checked out on another device or browser by..." The PCR needs to be checked in from the original device that the PCR was started on. Alternatively, an Admin can also discard a checkout. Here is how to do it.

Step-by-Step

1. Once you are on the home screen for CloudPCR, use the left side navigation menu and select QA/QI.

2. Clicking on QA/QI will create a drop down list of options you can choose from. Select QA PCRs.

3. Once you are on the QA PCRs page, click Actions and choose Discard Checkout then Ok.
