1. Once you are on the home screen for CloudPCR, use the left side navigation menu and select QA/QI.

2. Selecting the QA/QI tab will create a drop down list of options that you can choose from. Select Grid Reporting.

3. Once you are on the Grid Reporting page, use the Data View drop down and select Patient Demographics- Standard.

4. Use the Date Range drop down to select the date range that you would like to use to view your PCRs. Press Load.

These are the default columns for the Patient Demographics report. You can add additional columns using the column chooser. Just select the column you would like to add, and then drag and drop.
