How to Unlock a PCR

Step-by-Step

1. Once you are on the CloudPCR homepage, use the left side navigation menu, choose QA/QI.

2. Choosing QA/QI will create a drop down list of options you can select. Click on QA PCRs.

2. Click the status of the PCR you want to unlock then click the drop-down and choose Admin Unlocked.
