CloudPCR has created a feature that allows users to essentially create an "other" option for the drop down list for each field so that they can create a more detailed answer. It is called Aliasing. 

1. To use this feature you either need to select the Create A New PCR button on the home page, or edit an existing PCR.

2. Next click the plus sign button that is next to the drop down field name that you would like to modify. 

 

This will create a pop up that is shown below

3. You are able to create a custom text  that your agency and billing department will be able to view and then use the export to state as drop down to select the option in the drop down list that was the closest option to what you needed, this is the option that will be exported to the state.
