software downgrade utility Extract the downgrade utility zip
file: Open folder below: Open the EXE file below: Log into the iCAM web interface
screen: Select/Click on "Password for
Firmware Update": Confirm Password,
"iris7000": Enter the IP address of the camera
& firmware password that was updated from the iCAM web interface screen,
firmware password update (iris7000): Click on Enable The downgrade utility will enable
the camera & reboot. Once camera completes it reboot
cycle, Open the iCAM7000SUpdate to the firmware version that is provided in
the iCAMEntry software package. Click on Find Cameras OR Enter the
IP address & click on Add Select the camera to perform the
firmware update Click on "New
Installation" After
the iCAM has been downgraded to the iCAM Manager FW, set the Operational mode
to iCAM Manager mode: | |
