Knowledge base 123 - Using Biobridge with Lenel - Settings fail when building biobridge connection.

Occasionally when configuring Biobridge in MorphoManager, you can get an error message displayed when clicking save, this relates to obtaining the configuration from Lenel and has been observed when the Lenel database is stored on the same machine as the MorphoManager server.

To work around this untick 'OnGuard is installed on the same machine...' and then type localhost in the OnGuard Server field shown below.

This should now allow you to map the groups and proceed with the setup.
