Behaviors & Styles Overview

Customize the style, design, color, and animation of the widget to match company branding.
 

Change How the Widget Appears on a Website

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Behaviors & Styles tab in the navigation menu, then click Custom Color.
  3. The App Details page opens.
  4. Review the pages linked below to customize the apps and modules.
 
If the App Disabled or Proofing Mode Enabled checkbox is selected, the application can not be viewed from any page of your company’s website.

The Proofing Mode Enabled checkbox is used during the initial launch of the application. By checking the box, the user can launch a test or demonstration of the widget as it will appear on the company website when approved or set live.
 
Locate the API Key or update the Google Analytics ID associated with the company in the Dashboard.
 
Determine which apps are visible and their order of appearance on desktop and mobile browsers.
 
Set the application style, color scheme, app logo, location, and animation in the App Configuration section.
 
For more precise positioning of the app, utilize the pixel position and custom CSS adjustments section.
 
Do not modify the app code.
