Receive CRM/ILM/LMS Lead Notifications

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Company tab in the navigation menu, then click CRM Configuration.
  3. The CRM Configurations screens opens in the main window.
  4. Click the Create a New CRM Configuration button at the top of the page. 
  5. The CRM Configuration Details form expands.
  6. Enter a common name used to refer to the CRM/ILM in the Name field. 
  7. Click the drop-down arrow in the CRM Type field and choose the CRM in use by the company. If the CRM is not listed, please contact the support team for assistance.
  8. Complete all fields that are displayed after choosing the associated CRM using the CRM Integration document associated with the company's CRM. 
  9. Click Save changes.
    On the side menu, click Settings.
  10. The Company Details screen opens.
  11. Click the Edit button at the bottom of the screen.
  12. Scroll down to Notification Settings.
  13. Click the drop-down arrow in the CRM Configuration field and choose the newly created CRM configuration.
  14. Click Save. 

Lead details will now begin getting delivered in plain text format to the company's CRM. These often appear as guest cards. To override this setting for specific apps or offers, see the How to Override the Default Email Address or CRM that Receives Notifications of New Leads section.



Receive Email Lead Notifications

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Company tab in the navigation menu, then click Settings.
  3. The Company Details screens opens in the main window.
  4. Click the Edit button on the bottom of the page.
  5. Scroll down to Notification Settings. 
  6. In the HTML Lead Notification Emails field, enter the email addresses of all users who should receive an email any time a customer completes a lead detail form. Separate each email address with a comma.
  7. In the Weekly Lead Summary Emails field, enter the email addresses of all users who should receive a weekly summary indicating which customers submitted lead detail forms for each application.
  8. Click Save.
Weekly Lead Summary emails are sent on Mondays and include information from the past week, Monday to Monday. 


How to Edit and Preview a Confirmation Email

Log in to the platform.
Scroll down to and click the Company tab in the navigation menu, then click Email Templates.
The App Email Templates screen opens in the main window.
Scroll to and locate the email template that reflects the Best Price Now confirmation email to be reviewed.
Click on the pencil icon to the right of the title to open the email editor screen.
The email preview appears to the right of the text fields.
To edit the confirmation email or send a test email, review the Create & Modify App Email Templates article.



Override the Default Email Address or CRM that Receives Notifications of New Leads

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Company tab in the navigation menu, then click Settings.
  3. The Company Details screen opens in the main window.
  4. Scroll down to Notification Settings. 
  5. The contact information located in these fields is the default configuration for new lead notifications. To change which email addresses receive notifications of new appointments, turn on Override Lead Notification Settings within the Best Price Now App.
  6. To do so, click on the Apps tab on the side menu, then click Best Price Now. 
  7. The Best Price Now app opens.
  8. Scroll down to Override Lead Notification Settings at the bottom of the page and left-click the On/Off toggle to reveal the notification overrides. The information in the following fields overrides the default settings in the Notification Settings section of the Company Settings tab. 
    1. Include Emails for Lead Notifications: Only those email addresses included will receive email notifications of new leads that have claimed the specific offer. The email addresses listed in the HTML Lead Notification Emails field in the Notification Settings section of the Company Settings tab will not receive these notifications.
    2. Reply-to Email: The email displayed when a customer replies to a confirmation email. This overrides the Reply-to Email field in the Notification Settings section of the Company Settings tab and the Email Template.
    3. Phone Number: This number overrides the Phone Number field in the Notification Settings section of the Company Settings tab.
    4. CRM Configuration: This overrides the default CRM Configuration selected in the CRM Configuration field in the Notification Settings section of the Company Settings tab.
