Configure Custom Domain

  1. Log in to the Dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Partner tab on the side menu then click Host Settings.
  3. The Partner Host Settings screen opens.
  4. Scroll down to the Configure your own domain section.
  5. In the Custom Domain field, type the agency's custom domain. This is often what follows the at sign (@) of an email address and is the name of the agency website. Example: myagency.com. Note: The domain and URL are not the same. A URL is the full web address, such as https://www.agencyname.com.
  6. Type the preferred subdomain or www in the Dashboard Subdomain field.
  7. A subdomain is an additional part of the agency domain and is often used to better organize and navigate the website. Many brands create subdomains for e-commerce branches of their website by creating a "store" subdomain. Example: store.agencyname.com or dashboard.agencydomain.com.
  8. Use "www" if the custom agency domain listed above in the Custom Domain field should direct customers to the dashboard. Example: www.agencydomain.com.
  9. In the widget subdomain field, add a subdomain for the widget. Example: app.agencydomain.com.
  10. Click the Save button.
  11. Complete the custom domain configuration by adding the records beneath these fields to the agency's domain registrar. For assistance doing so, reach out to the client where the domain is hosted.
