Partner Details

Verify, update, and modify your partner details or logos to appear correctly and match company branding.

Update Partner Details

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Partner tab on the navigation menu, then click Partner Details.
  3. The Partner Details screen opens.
  4. Complete the following fields in the Edit Details section.
    1. Partner Name: Input the partner or agency's commonly known name or the name under which the company does business, e.g. a Doing Business As (DBA) name.
    2. Address 1 and Address 2: Input the primary address or the address of the corporate headquarters. If there are multiple locations, choose the address associated with the account in the dashboard. 
    3. City: Type the city associated with the address above.
    4. State: Select the state associated with the address above from the drop-down menu.
    5. Zip Code: Type the zip code associated with the address above.
    6. Website URL: Include the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of your homepage. Example: https://www.youragencyhome.com.
    7. Consumer Privacy Notice URL for the App: Add the link to your agency's Consumer Privacy Notice. This field was implemented to meet the requirements set forth by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). If no URL is present, no privacy link will be included on the widget. Please refer to legal counsel for requirements. 
  5. Click the Save button to save all changes.


Customize

Adjust and modify the platform by using your brand colors for a fully immersive and branded experience.

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Partner tab on the side menu, then click Partner Details.
  3. The Partner Details page opens. 
  4. The Color Preview at the right of the page displays the current primary and secondary colors selected.
  5. Change the color of the Primary or Secondary color.
    1. Method 1: Enter a HEX code in the field. Example: #ff007f.
    2. Method 2: Click the square color picker to the left of the HEX code, then use the available tools to pick a color hue and shade. The option to enter RGB, HSL, or HEX codes is also available by clicking the toggle arrows next to the currently selected color code.
  6. Click the Save Agency Customization button.
The button color will update confirming the changes have been saved. Log out of the platform then back in to view the changes.



Primary Color

The primary color affects the agency name text and the Sign In button at the launch screen. It also updates the primary buttons within the dashboard. Note: The greyscale background is not affected by either the Primary or Secondary colors.

Secondary Color

The secondary color affects the tab or side menu separation or line breaks, secondary buttons within the dashboard, and section headers. Note: The greyscale background is not affected by either the Primary or Secondary colors.


Logos appear at the platform login screen, platform header, and notification emails.
  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Partner tab on the side menu then click on Partner Details.
  3. The Partner Details screen opens.
  4. Scroll down to the Logo section. 
  5. Click the Choose File button.
  6. The file explorer or manager opens.
  7. Locate your partner logo and click open.
  8. Crop your image to meet your company's brand guidelines. 
  9. Click the Save button to save the changes.

The logo upload accepts JPG, PNG, GIF, or SVG file types with a maximum size of 5 MB.

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Partner tab on the side menu then click on Partner Details.
  3. The Partner Details screen opens.
  4. Scroll down to the Logo section. 
  5. Remove the logo by clicking the image, then click the save button.

Avatar

Avatars appear in the navigation panel. If no avatar is uploaded, the logo is used in its place.

Add a Partner Avatar

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Partner tab on the side menu then click on Partner Details.
  3. The Partner Details screen opens.
  4. Scroll down to the Avatar section. 
  5. Click the Choose File button.
  6. The file explorer or manager opens.
  7. Locate your company avatar and click open.
  8. Crop your avatar to meet your company's brand guidelines. 
  9. Click the Save button to save the changes.


The logo upload accepts JPG, PNG, GIF, or SVG file types with a maximum size of 5 MB.

Remove an Avatar

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Partner tab on the side menu then click on Partner Details.
  3. The Partner Details screen opens.
  4. Scroll down to the Avatar section. 
  5. Remove the avatar by clicking the image, then click the save button.

Replace an Avatar

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Partner tab on the side menu then click on Partner Details.
  3. The Partner Details screen opens.
  4. Scroll down to the Avatar section. 
  5. Click the Choose File button.
  6. The file explorer or manager opens.
  7. Locate your company avatar and click open.
  8. Crop your image to meet your company's brand guidelines.
  9. Click the Save button to save the changes.
