Notification Settings

Always be in the know with access to your company email and The Conversion Cloud™ platform.

The Schedule Genie™ module informs your team of recent customer interactions via CRM/ILM integration, email, calendar, and platform notifications. The module also delivers automated reminder text and email notifications to your leads.

Confirmation Text Message

Leads receive an automated text message confirming the requested appointment time. Configure the message to match your brand's voice.

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Apps tab in the navigation menu, then click Schedule Genie™.
  3. The Schedule Genie™ page opens in the main window.

  5. Click Save.

Integrated CRM/ILMs automatically receive appointment data if configured in the CRM Configuration section of the platform and selected in the Notifications section of the Company Settings page. 6. Select the CRM/ILM from the list of available integrations
  7. Click Continue.

Lead details will now begin getting delivered, in plain text format, to the selected CRM. Leads often appear as guest cards in unmanaged or unreviewed queues. To override the CRM setting for specific modules or promotions, see the Overriding the Default Email Address or CRM that Receives Notifications of New Leads section below.

Override the CRM or email notification setting(s) for specific modules or promotions by following the steps in the Overriding the Default Email Address or CRM section below.

Receive Lead Notifications via Email

Add email addresses in the Notification Settings to receive an email each time a lead interacts with a module.

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Company tab in the navigation menu, then click Settings.
  3. The Company Details page opens in the main window.
  4. Scroll down to Notification Settings.
  5. Enter the email address of the primary user who should receive email notifications in the Emails for Lead Notifications field. This user will receive an email each time a lead submits their contact details.
  6. To include additional recipients, enter each recipients' email address in the CC Emails for Lead Notifications field, separating each by a comma.
  7. Click Save.

If adding multiple email addresses, separate each email address with a comma. Example: user1@email.com, user2@email.com.

If multiple email addresses are included in the Emails for Lead Notifications field, a unique email will be sent to each email address. Each unique email will also include those recipients in the CC Emails for Lead Notifications field. This will cause users in the CC Emails for Lead Notifications field to receive duplicate notifications.

Weekly Summary Emails

Users can also enable Weekly Lead Summary emails. Weekly Lead Summary emails reduce the information provided in individual notifications. A list of all leads who submitted their contact information is provided and grouped by the module through which the lead submitted their information.

Weekly Summary Emails are delivered on Monday and provide data from the previous seven days, not the previous calendar week.

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Company tab in the navigation menu, then click Settings.
  3. The Company Details page opens in the main window.
  4. Scroll down to Notification Settings.
  5. Place a checkmark in the Receive Weekly & Monthly Lead Summary checkbox by clicking the checkbox.
  6. The Emails for Weekly/Monthly Lead Summary field displays below the checkbox.
  7. Enter the email address(es) of the user(s) who should receive the summary email.
  8. Click Save.
If adding multiple email addresses, separate each email address with a comma. Example: user1@email.comuser2@email.com.
