SOS calling not being setup for PPP
If you get a customer that has a watch through PPP and the SOS contact is going through to them you will need to make sure SMS Mode is set up by doing the following:
Text the watch Sim Number - #SMSMODE#
This will be followed with a reply of "SMS SET OK"
Then text the watch Sim Number again - #SETNUMBER#=03306780137,07860020806#
This will be followed with a reply of "SET NUMBER OK"
Once you have done both of these, restart the watch and this will resolve the issue.
