Not All Staff Are Showing on a Page?

If you have created a page using a shortcode in the "Staff Profile" section of your WordPress Website, but even though you have set the correct category they are still not showing.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the page not showing all staff members and click edit

In this example, the Elementary School is not showing several new people that has been correctly added to WordPress Staff Profiles, including the correct category or tag



2. Scroll down to the shortcode and look for "post_count"



3. Your post count is likely limiting the number of profiles to show, change this number to a higher number that will include all staff profiles.

In this example, the post_count was changed from (9) to (25) and then all profiles were visible for this page.
