Work Types / Codes

Setting up work codes/types is quick and easy within the system. You can use as many codes as you need, as well as give code subtypes to allow for easier tracking of things like step up pay, differentials and more. 

Creating Work Codes

First go to the admin System Settings:




Select Work Types/Codes:





You will be taken to this page:





At the bottom of the screen you will create your new work codes by filling out the Add new Work Type fields. Make sure to click Save!


You can only edit the work codes once you've created a new one. You can learn about subclasses here.
