Here’s the steps to resolve

First extract the attached setupex.exe and cks.exe to c:\temp\

Get the user to uninstall the CrypKey License Service.

Go to a DOS prompt on the OS and run c:\temp\setupex.exe /U. This will uninstall the drivers.

I would like you to then go to your application directory If you install under Program files.  Then most likely these files will be under Prog data\crypkey\licenses\some hash number.

then delete that directory.

I would also like you to go into the Windows/system32 directory and delete the esnecil.ind file.

Once you have finished doing both of these steps I would like you to reboot the machine.

When the reboot has finished you will need to run setupex.exe out of the c:\temp directory.

Then Run and reauthorize the application.

Everything should be working at this point.
